1 General Terms & Conditions

Jate7 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") provides an online gaming service for gamers in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jate7 and the user of the Platform ("Member").

By using the jate7 website, mobile app, or any related service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using jate7.

Jate7 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

• These Terms are drafted in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered the authoritative text.
• Jate7 is an entertainment platform; gaming should not be regarded as a source of income.
• Jate7's services are not available to anyone under the age of 18.

2 Account Registration & Verification

To register on jate7, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false or misleading details will be terminated. The following information is required during registration:

• Full Name (as per National ID)
• Date of birth (to verify age 18+)
• Active mobile number
• Email address (if applicable)
• Payment method details (Mobile Banking / Nagad / Rocket number)

Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are created using the same device, IP address, or payment method, jate7 will treat them as duplicates and close them.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory before making a withdrawal. jate7 may request a national ID, passport, or other documents to verify your account at any time.

3 Deposits & Payments

Deposits on jate7 are currently supported via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to all deposits:

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted; any such funds will be returned and the account will be investigated.

Jate7 does not impose any additional charges on deposits. However, your payment provider (Mobile Banking/Nagad/Rocket) may apply its own fees in accordance with its policies, for which jate7 bears no responsibility.

4 Withdrawal Policy

Account verification must be completed before withdrawing funds from jate7. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: BDT 1,00,000
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal
• Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will not be processed

Jate7 reserves the right to hold withdrawals and request additional documentation if there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering. The member will be notified as soon as possible in such cases.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All jate7 bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Wagering requirement: Each bonus comes with a specific wagering multiplier (typically 10x–30x). Withdrawals from the bonus balance are not permitted until this requirement is met.
• Duration: Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified timeframe after the bonus is credited. Once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• Game restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid for specific games. The list of eligible games will be stated in the bonus offer.
• A single bonus cannot be used: Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Abuse prevention: Any attempt to circumvent bonus terms will result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on jate7 are operated by third-party software providers, and each game has its own set of rules. Players are encouraged to read the relevant rules before starting any game.

Jate7 uses RNG (Random Number Generator) technology to ensure that every game outcome is entirely random and unbiased. No result is predetermined or influenced by any party.

• If a technical error causes an abnormal game result, jate7 reserves the right to void that round.
• Jate7 is not liable for bets lost due to disconnection.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is considered final.
• In Sports Betting, results are determined based on official outcomes.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jate7 and will result in permanent account closure:

• Using automated bots or software to play games
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts
• Operating an account under a third party's name or identity
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Misconduct or threats directed at jate7 staff
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes against jate7 to claim unwarranted refunds

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Jate7 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of terms
• KYC verification not completed
• Extended inactivity (12 months+)
• Court or regulatory authority orders
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion)

Members may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, the verified balance in the account will be refunded (excluding bonus balance).

9 Limitation of Liability

Jate7 is not liable for any of the following:

• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical fault
• If account information is compromised due to the member's own negligence
• When a transaction is delayed due to issues with a third-party payment provider
• For any direct or indirect financial losses arising from gaming

Jate7 is committed to maintaining high service quality, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted 24/7 availability. Brief downtime may occur due to maintenance or updates.

10 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact the jate7 customer support team first. Our team will provide an initial response within 48 hours.

• Complaint submission deadline: within 30 days of the relevant incident
• Jate7's decision shall be considered final unless an appeal is made to a recognized arbitration body
• In disputes over game outcomes, server logs shall be considered the definitive evidence
• For financial disputes, screenshots and supporting evidence of the relevant transaction must be submitted

Jate7 believes that most disputes can be resolved through open dialogue. We always prioritize member satisfaction and are committed to reaching a fair resolution.

11 Changes to Terms

Jate7 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be given at least 7 days' notice through one of the following channels:

• Website notification
• App notifications
• SMS to the registered mobile number

If you find the updated terms unacceptable after receiving notice, you may request to close your account. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
